Outsourcing is quite common nowadays and there must be some people who do not understand this term at all. Actually, outsourcing is the term which means hiring of a company by a company, for its services that could have actually been done by the employees of the company itself.

Outsourcing actually can be categorized into various types. Following are some of the most prominent types of the outsourcing.
1.The outsourcing which is done in order to take support functions or just the value added services from the second company. This type of outsourcing may include, support in the department of IT, accounting, human resources and the security.
2.Partial outsourcing is the type of outsourcing in which the work burden is actually just distributed among both the companies, may be in different proportions, but is shared altogether.
3.Total outsourcing is the opposite of partial outsourcing. It means in this type of outsourcing, the company actually hires the other company for whole of the work.
4.Business Process Outsourcing: BPO is the term which is given meanings from different angles. From the viewpoint of the company which is being hired, it is the inclusion of outside source under the sole responsibility of the provider itself. However, if we see through legal perspective, it is very much of importance to give out an outline in a kind of an agreement, as the agreement will help in bringing clear understanding among the involved parties, of the tasks and duties that are to be performed by them.
